It's perfect spot for large groups and families to gather, with plenty of room to spread out and entertain. Perfect for game days, graduations, weddings or any other occasion where guests would appreciate a beautiful home with comfortable bedrooms.

Beautiful and spacious home with a formal living room, a more casual family room, beautiful gourmet kitchen, screened in porch, large bedrooms, nursery, large yard, and... location, location, location!

Great first family trip to Gainesville!

The house was exceptional! Our kids had a great time trying to decide who would be where each night, eventually every bed had been used once. We came into town for the homecoming game at UF. Location was perfect! We had some slight technical difficulties, but the situation got resolved exceptionally fast. Zero complaints!
