"Pros: The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and had a microwave and mini fridge. Hotel was peaceful and not noisy. Swimming pool was really nice with a gradual walk-in and was shallow on that end, which was really nice for small children. There was a nice walkway right down to the beach. Lots of places to eat and drink within walking distance. Breakfast was great with both hot and cold options (eggs, meat, cereal, muffins, bagels, oatmeal, etc.). Con: There are two elevators and only one was working on the first day. Then on the second day we got trapped in the only working elevator up on the third floor and had to call 911 because the help button and alarm wouldn’t work in the elevator. That was a very unpleasant experience as it was not air conditioned in the elevator, my 5 year old granddaughter was freaking out, and I was just praying that the elevator didn’t drop. Thankfully they got us out of there and later that day both elevators appeared to be working (I took the stairs). I still really like the hotel, just very uncomfortable with the elevators…"
