Wish we would have had a small kitchen but other than that we enjoyed our stay....For the size of the rim actually thought there would be a small kitchen but I guess I didn't understand it properly......

The hotel seems to be ran down. The toilet ran all night and was very loud. Was lied too about military discounts and also not informed the shuttle bus hours. Waited in the rain for an hour for the shuttle bus to pick me up after calling twice and was told they are leaving now every time

The pillows in the room smelled like moldy wet towels. The toilet flushes loudly and sometimes it took three times to flush. Also, the toilet was low to the ground so not handicap friendly. The shower leaked and did not drain properly. The whole hotel is very outdated. Also there needs to be liquid soap for washing hands, not bar soap. Also the ice machine was broken the whole time we were there.

Awful. They ran out of sheets

Before we arrived I called to see if someone could help us carry in the luggage as it was just me and the baby. They said yes and to call when we got here. I did they said they would be right out. They forgot. I did it myself. To "make up for it" they upgraded our room. Awesome room until there were no sheets on the bed and the night auditors told us they "ran out". It took two hours to get the crib, which was supposed to be ready beforehand and was dirty. They then informed me they dont clean the cribs bc sheets go over them. Gross. It was h*** to talk to a manager, who was quite rude but comped us an extra night but we had to switch rooms. He told us they would switch us at 11am. They were late and no communication. I called them multiple times to check the status of the room change and was repeatedly told "a few more minutes" we waited in the toom doing nothing the entire day from 1030am up until almost 5pm when they finally switched us because they did not communicate. Our whole vacation was wasted. Jen the front desk clerk lies and "forgets" you when she says anything. The manager Sandy wants you to just be happy and grateful he is even coming you anything but jot once actually appologized. Also dont stay on the 11th floor unless you dont plan to sleep. There is a ballroom on floor 11 and you will hear the cha cha slide until well after 11pm. This was the trip of my nightmares.

I was a little disappointed in amenities.

Pros: Clean and quiet.
Cons: A listing in room of services offered.
Location: Location was ok, away from everything
Because of the price of the room, I expected at least complimentary continental breakfast.

So so....

Pros: free shuttle
Cons: No free Internet, Noisy
Overall is good including the shuttle service to the nearby bus stop to NY. However, there is no free parking and internet / WiFi services that you need to pay everyday. For the rooms facing to the road, it is very noisy very early in the morning that is strongly not recommended.
