Don’t stay here … went to bed no face towels no working room phone and woke up to no lights in half the hallway no elevators and no WiFi to conduct my next day of Work … We complained and checked out

It’s always excellent services- we’ve been going there over 25 years - we love Hilton- we live in NH original from Boston- we love Hilton- great place to go if you need a great Hotel - the location is perfect within NY- it’s quiet - we love it
