"The elevator was broken and I was on the 4th floor. Staff should have advised me of this prior to check in. Staff stated is was getting worked on and I never saw a repair person on site. Very disappointed in that. I’m exhausted for taking taking 4 flights of steps multiple times a day from wed to Sunday. I always visit Miami Beach and yet this was the most unpleasant stay! "
