The staff was amazing. For the amount of money spent I just have a few things to point out. Upon entry the walk way is very warm…this wasn’t a hot summer day so maybe the air in that area needs to be monitored. Fifth floor smelled of old cleaning rags…turn off. Our TV didn’t work for our entire three day stay. Staff came to our room and said we could get the news channel and that’s all. Very disappointing. The store in the hotel had several alcohol beverages but not any Diet Coke or sparkling water.
