"We stayed at the Novotel Mestre Castellana and had a wonderful experience from the very first moment. The welcome was warm and professional, and the entire staff was always friendly, helpful, and attentive to our needs. A special thank you goes to the **GO CITY CENTER TRAVEL** transfer service to Venice city center, which we found extremely convenient and efficient. The service is prominently featured at the reception area, where there is a beautiful information corner with videos and images that immediately gives guests a clear understanding of the quality and value of the service offered. We would like to thank the entire staff for their kindness and professionalism throughout our stay. It was a very positive experience that we would gladly recommend to anyone looking to visit Venice while staying in a comfortable and well-organized hotel.
