Super clean room, very comfortable beds, all amenities provided. Reception was super helpful: we asked for wake up call and booked us private van for airport, also asked them to supply us with breakfast bags before weleft which they had ready for us to take. Hotel very modern and very practical, just 5 min walk to station, which you can easily take a 10 min train to central Venice.

My husband and I are in our seventies and are on a 2 week European vacation . I appreciated the little things. When we arrived after a 6.5 hour train ride, the complimentary water in the room was appreciated. The room was comfortable and there was room to store our suitcases in the closet so we didn’t have to maneuver around them . The bed was firm and the duvet was light but warm. The bathroom was bright and clean. We were impressed.

My stay was ok but below expectations compared to other 4-5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. First, I paid for breakfast for 2 but it was for a buffet only option which only had scrambled or boiled eggs. Therefore, if you wanted an omelette, egg whites or oatmeal for example, it came with an extra charge. Secondly, complimentary water is only for your 1st night stay. In my experience 4-5 star hotels don’t try and nickel and dime you for everything. I can go on but my point is, provide a decent breakfast without the extra charges and basic water should always be complimentary.

Everything about this hotel was amazing! From the ladies how checked us in to the bartenders. The hotel is a 5 minutes walk to the train to get to Venice & the bus that takes you directly to the airport. Our room was clean & spacious and although the train station was right outside our window, it didn't disturb our sleep. We will definitely stay here every time we visit Venice, Italy.
