Apartment was newly renovated and clean, and very close to campus. The only two issues were that the beds were hard and you could hear the people upstairs.

Nice place

Excellent location. Has private parking, which is really important in Fayetteville. As a very new listing, it does not have the “cooking leftovers from previous guests that one often finds (spices, oil, etc.) but that is not a big deal. Short, traffic free dive to a grocery store about three blocks away.

Family Weekend

Our daughter is a senior so this was our last family weekend. We wanted a place, in a great location, that we could hang our and enjoy each other’s company but be located close to everything. This was the perfect spot!

Cancelled Stay

This owner and property manager cancelled my stay 10 days before our stay Labor Day weekend. I had paid for the trip in December. While I did receive a refund I had to cancel my trip because of a lack of other options on a holiday weekend. VRBO offered no assistance other than to agree the owner and manager acted inappropriately. I would not rent from this property manger or owner because they are deceptive.
