The elegant apartment( located on the lower level of our home) has it all. City views, Hilltop views , privacy yet close via car or bike to Autzen, Hayward Field and the core downtown area.

With our villa you are getting more than just a place to lay your head at night. The private expansive wrap around patio affords you a great place for your morning coffee. In the evening lounge in our cushioned chairs with a glass of wine and watch the sun go down. Have time to just read? The meditation garden with restful fountain and a woodland view is just the place.

Living room is wonderfully roomy with leather couch and plenty of seating. Electric fireplace adds just the perfect touch as the sun starts sets. . The view from the double French doors can be stunning and changes with the seasons. The villa is approximately 700 feet We live upstairs and the apartment is downstairs. The Villa had has its own private entrance.and total privacy. Many people tell us that they did not think we were actually home during their stay. We try our best to keep it that way, especially before 9am and after 8:30 pm.
The apartment is used only for guests; therefore you will not find any of our personal items there. (We live in the upstairs home) apartment has private entrance.
Bedroom has storage for your hanging clothes and drawer space. Waffle weave robes are perfect if you have time to just lounge around.

For third or fourth guest , the electric inflating aero bed can be set up in the living room. (A small fee if needed for a second guest. Living Room armoire can be used for hanging clothes.)

Modern Bathroom has tub shower combo.

Large kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator, Keurig and drip coffee makers, electric 2 burner stovetop. Crockpot, electric skillets, waterless cooker, griddle and blender etc

We leave you a first morning welcome basket so you don't have to rush to a store.

Expansive wrap around private patio stays cool in the summer since house is built into the hill. Apartment stayed a constant 72 (even when summer temps were 105).
Plenty of outside chairs to enjoy the view. Dining table located next to the woodland garden that we call The Grotto.

Apartment is located down one flight of stairs. My husband and I live in the top floor of the home. PLEASE NOTE. We are on a steep hill which affords a great view, however because of this NO CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 12 PLEASE.

For stays of 5 or more days we can provide laundry service.
