"I don’t expect it to be perfect But the tub and walls were moldy. The toilet clogged and flooded. The tub was leaking. No maintenance available “after hours” and I was blamed for not coming to express concerns sooner. There was also a condom wrapper on the ground outside the door. Extremely dusty and webs were under the curtain and around the tv. Debris pushed in corners."
