Our state was amazing. Every staff member we encountered was so courteous and professional. The staff was first class. They gave exceptional service the maid service. They were so clean and extremely pleasant. The front desk staff was a full of smiles and kindness, and very knowledgeable and helpful the concierge for the greeting hour the breakfast staff everyone was polite, kind generous I believe we have found our new home away from home.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times and usually love it, but unfortunately this stay was a bit disappointing. The room had an unusual smell, which affected my experience. Breakfast was great and I really enjoyed the food, though I would love to see more milk options available, as is common in hotels of this level. Aside from these issues, I still enjoy staying here and would happily return again.

Once again, My wife and I recently stayed at Embassy Suites Little Rock for our anniversary, and we had an excellent time. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff stood out and they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. We also appreciated the amenities, especially the complimentary breakfast and the spacious lounge areas. Overall, we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Little Rock.
