"Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not included. Heated floor in the bathroom was lovely, toilet paper roll was a huge stretch from the toilet, too far for a child or a small adult. Room darkening drape was unhooked from the draw mechanism and the A/C was very loud. But nothing which would prevent us from staying another time."

"I had a family member suddenly in hospital ICU in a city over an hour away. I tried calling the Cambridge Best Western I was booked at later in the night to make sure my room would still be available if I arrived very late at night. I am assuming it was AI that I was speaking to, who would not help me check the reservation or let me talk to anyone at the hotel because I was told bookings are done online and the hotel does not talk directly to people for privacy reasons. I only had an itinerary number for the booking and it kept telling me it was the wrong number and there was no record of my booking. It repeatedly told me to recheck my reservation which I could not do because I was travelling plus I did not have my laptop with me. I called the hotel phone number listed online three different times with the same result. I took a chance and drove the hour drive. When I arrived I found there were no Accessibility Parking spaces available because they only have two. It was pushing midnight and it was raining. I had to park at the back of the hotel and walk with my belongings and using a cane around to the front door. The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and apologized for the inconvenience. She gave me a card with the hotel phone number and informed me that when pressing 0 I would connect to the front desk where she is. I told her that was the number I used and 3 different times it did not connect me. It was all very frustrating after a very challenging day."
