"The hotel is old and in need of updates. Our room was next to an exit door that made a loud noise whenever guests entered or exited, causing constant disturbances throughout our stay. Unfortunately, it was difficult to get a good night’s sleep."

"We had problems with the key. The door battery had to be replaced. That happened quickly. The tv had very poor picture (colors were muted). Technician came and said tv needed to be replaced. He arranged for a new room. Everything was fine in the new room. Breakfast was good. Omelettes on both days. Bacon on one day sausage the next day. Egg and cheese croissant on the first day. You need a car if you want to go to a restaurant. Shuttle will not take you."

"Nice cozy place 10 min distance from Providence. Spacious and clean rooms with nice services. We had 2 queens beds that easily accommodated 3 persons. The place is quiet. In the morning, they have coffee in the lobby and pastries. There was a BBQ place just around the corner, serving southern type BBQ and it was super convenient for a quick lunch."
