"We had a nice sized interior room with good, working A/C. Family had another room w/balcony facing la Rambla. Their room was hot. A/C not working, was given a fan but still quite hot. Staff tried to be helpful but not really. For example, there was construction in the ROOM next door. Front desk said this was construction in the next building when, in fact, it was the ROOM next door. He said he would tell workers to be mindful esp during afternoon naptime hours. Nice, big buffet for breakfast. Good location. Convenient to metro and busy la Rambla area! Our interior room was quiet. "

Lucky i chrcked my bill on checkout they tried to charge me over 100 euro for charges that weren't even mine. Not the best but not the worst just b cautious and dont expect the friendliness u should get from a hotel of this calibre. "
