We stayed here because it was close to the airport and had transportation to and from. Be aware that the driver of the van is not supposed to help load your suitcases into the van. He gave us a little attitude about it. We weren't aware. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. Eating establishments are limited to the hotel as there isn't much around the area. Overall it was a good experience.

When I got off the plane from Budapest, I sat waiting for my luggage with a few other families from Budapest. We sat there for 20 minutes and never saw the belt where our luggage should’ve been. Finally, one of the fathers went and asked, and he said “D!” I didn’t know what he meant, but I followed him. We went out of the airport and walked for 20 minutes to get our luggage. No one ever informed us of this at all! This morning, when I left the Barcelona airport to come back to the states, I was appalled at the antiquated systems they have there. I had to show my boarding pass and passport six times! We had to wait and ridiculous lines several times and everyone around me was complaining and saying how ridiculous it was! Then, when I got to the gate in plenty of time, I got into line for my priority boarding with Delta. Right as I was ready to get on the plane, they were calling out names and the last one included mine. I had no idea what the problem was and they told me it was a random security check. And over 50 years of flying, that has never happened to me! I was wondering at one point if the airport was under high security alert? Then the first three zones had to walk downstairs and get onto a bus that was packed. The bus literally drove for 20 minutes and let us out. Then we had to climb up a huge flight of stairs to the airplane. People were actually taking pictures and videos because it was so unbelievable! I will never fly out of that airport again!

Very nice and clean rooms. but did not like the location except for being close to Airport. There wasn't any choices for dining except in the hotel itself. A very expensive restaurant and a bar.

We only stayed for a few hours to sleep and have a drink before going to the airport in the morning but we really enjoyed the cleanliness and the amenities outsude yo walk around. We wish the pool Was open bit fully understandable since it was outside and not warm enough.

Stayed here for one night before we flew back to the states and enjoyed It! It’s a bit far from any restaurant or like fast food but we stayed here because of its proximity and shuttle to the airport! Super clean and super modern. Staff was very nice and room service was delicious

Most of the experience was actually quite pleasant. Food was great, beds comfortable, service was good. My main complaints are with my room (160). 1) there was the sound of dripping and sometimes gushing water in one of the walls in the bathroom. Not sure if a pipe was broken or something. 2) the design of the shower doesn't make sense. The shower floor is above the bathroom floor height, and there's no ledge to contain the water, and the seals on the door can't contain the water either. So the bathroom floor would get wet or flood when showering. 3) the AC unit in 160 doesn't seem to do anything. It was set to cool at maximum, and the room stayed hot. We eventually opened the windows to get the room cool enough to sleep in, but mosquitoes got in. Maybe the condensation line from the AC unit is broken/leaking. My parents stayed in room 148 and did not have problems 1 and 3, but did experience problem 2.
