The perfect stay. We ended up booking this hotel after having to switch from our previously booked hotel due to safety concerns. Every aspect of this hotel was amazing. The area is safe and filled with some of the best food we’ve tried in barcelona (GO TO LA FOGA). The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was big and clean. No complaints whatsoever. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, clean rooms. Would have liked if the cleaning staff refilled our coffee and creamer in the room and didn’t consistently leave their cleaning supplies behind in our room. We also had no way of calling the front desk as the phones don’t identify how to call and “0” didn’t work.

For a 4 star hotel you eill expect more attention to details: ripped towels, dust on the furniture, no sweeping or hoovering during our stay, the view wasn't good at all, our belongings were moved around, the window was shut even if we left it open for fresh air, the air condition unit worked only on one setting regardless of our set up. Otherwise we were not disturbed and the few encounters with the staff were very pleasant.
