It was so beautiful, and very clean. The staff was very polite and accommodating. Restuarant was so tasty, the bar was such a great atmosphere. The club lounge was excellent, staff was awesome, I was speaking to them about how dry I was. They made sure we got a humidifier to me room, mae us sleep like babies. No complaints.

Ritz Carlton Very Nice

Pros: The bathroom was elegant, loved the soaking tub, also the spa, had a massage that was great.
The hotel was very nice and clean, I personally like a bit more modern but I'm not complaining. The staff was nice and helpful. Great Spa.

True customer service

Great stay, food, and service. There were issues with hot water but the staff was on it immediately, called us once it was resolved, and comp'd the room.

Excellent location to down town Denver

Pros: The bar and dining room staff, and lonny stay were great. We also enjoyed the use of their car to pick us up after dinner and to our party
Cons: Housekeeping and room service
Location: The 17th street mall is wonderful and within walking distance.
This hotel did not live up to the Ritz standards I have been use to at their other properties. Upon arrival our room did not have two bathrobes, any slippers and not tissues. No turndown service was given on our first day of stay even though we called guest services to request it. The cleanest of the floor was questionable. It was New Year's Eve and the next day there was trash on the elevator lobbies which was not cleaned until the second. We order room service twice during our stay and was told the wait time was one to one and a half hours.

Shocking!

Pros: Location and the Excellent Concierge.
Cons: Service,anticipation of the needs of the guest.Timeliness of response to requests. Compassion from staff. Correct and up to date information from Spa
Location: Downtown Denver
This property has the potential to be among the finest in the Ritz-Carlton portfolio, however if the maintenance of this property is any indication of where the Ritz-Carlton brand is headed, I am relieved the Four Seasons is only a few blocks away. Arrival was relatively uneventful, it was disappointing that the hotel restaurant Elways and room service were closed down relatively early considering the star level of the hotel and the day of the week. The service was prompt, but curt. Further, the simple request made in the online booking was neither accommodated or acknowledged. I was surprised to find the disrepair of the actual room itself. I was shocked, literally, while trying to turn the switch of a lamp on. The bulb blew and there was a odor. Due to the time of day the room was completely dark and movement was hindered. Upon request for another room, the front desk staff was not too pleasant or accommodating. I had to ask three times to be moved to another room, desk staff ignored the first time I requested, argued with me at second request and finally agreed at the third demand. While medical assistance was offered, the desk staff did not seem to be bothered by the hazard.

not as great as the price

Pros: nothing in particular
It was fine, but I did expect more for the price. We never did figure out why we had 1 cup for coffee when there were three of us in the room and 5 coffee pods to make. the room was clean and convenient. The staff was very friendly and good other than housekeeping who were not very responsive.
