"Nice hotel close to Grand Central"
Staff are aware new very hi tech tv s are not intuitive to use. Even they do not yet understand them. Frustrating on the morning of Inauguration not to be able to watch the news on the big screen but the wifi was fine and I had my laptop with me.

I was very pleasantly surprised with the room. It was plenty big enough for 4 adults and the bathroom was a nice size too. The hotel staff were very friendly and very helpful.

"New York City Experience"
My daughter and I have made several trips to NYC and we've always ended up having to rent in Brooklyn. We don't particularly care for Brooklyn, but that was the cheapest we could get in cost. Until I found Pod 39! We've stayed there twice now and we absolutely love it. It's very clean, comfortable, affordable, and very close to all of our favorite locations. I have recommended it to friends and family, and I will continue to do so. I love Pod 39!!

"Great Location with a very friendly staff."
We were extremely pleased with our accommodations, as the location was perfect for our first visit to NYC. The rooms were larger than many we compared at booking. Double Queens were hard to find elsewhere. They also have a happy hour complimentary wine service from 5-6 in the lobby.

"Great Location - breakfast service not great!"
While our stay was only 2 nights, we found the location and level of service at Hotel 32/32 as pleasing but not exceptional. The room was about what we expected. Breakfast was nice to have but you have to go next door or to the next block to get it. Traveling with two children and your options for drink are only tea or coffee was not acceptable. No juice or milk for kids was included... $2.40 extra for each. Parking was a block away and the attendant said my card did not work forcing me to pay cash. I called my bank in a panic and my card was never processed. While this is not a direct reflection of the hotel, they are in agreement with this lot and hold some responsibility. Cleaniness of the room - if you looked between the mattress and the box style frame of the bed - it was extremely dirty! UGH! Access to the hotel was difficult due to large piles of snow from a recent storm. The bell man watched me struggle to unload and walk thru the snow. Service could have been better. All he really did was push the cart.

I paid for 3 rooms but 2 of my colleagues had to cancel 3 days before our arrival. I lost the money paid for those 2 rooms. Other than that, the experience was good. Staff was very prompt and courteous. $30 + tax/tip = $37 was overpriced for the breakfast. There was only one plug on the wall behind the headboard, and both were taken up by the night lamp and clock. I needed an outlet for my CPAP machine, which could not be plugged in on the other side of the room. I figured it out, though.
