"Nice hotel close to Grand Central"
Staff are aware new very hi tech tv s are not intuitive to use. Even they do not yet understand them. Frustrating on the morning of Inauguration not to be able to watch the news on the big screen but the wifi was fine and I had my laptop with me.

"Great Location with a very friendly staff."
We were extremely pleased with our accommodations, as the location was perfect for our first visit to NYC. The rooms were larger than many we compared at booking. Double Queens were hard to find elsewhere. They also have a happy hour complimentary wine service from 5-6 in the lobby.

"Nice hotel in midtown/Murray Hill area"
We took a quick getaway without our children to the city. The location is close to the subway and also within walking distance of Bryant Park, The New York Public Library, Grand Central and more. For the most part, the staff was friendly and helpful, though one night we were stuck in the elevator upon returning from a long day of sightseeing and when we notified the front desk after my husband managed to pry the doors open (no one could hear us ringing the emergency bell over the loud music from the bar) all she said was, 'oh'. and proceeded to do nothing, no call to maintenance, etc. Quaint neighborhood and boutique hotel style is fantastic because people are not running up and down the halls and yelling. We had a great stay and would definitely return in the future.

"Great Location - breakfast service not great!"
While our stay was only 2 nights, we found the location and level of service at Hotel 32/32 as pleasing but not exceptional. The room was about what we expected. Breakfast was nice to have but you have to go next door or to the next block to get it. Traveling with two children and your options for drink are only tea or coffee was not acceptable. No juice or milk for kids was included... $2.40 extra for each. Parking was a block away and the attendant said my card did not work forcing me to pay cash. I called my bank in a panic and my card was never processed. While this is not a direct reflection of the hotel, they are in agreement with this lot and hold some responsibility. Cleaniness of the room - if you looked between the mattress and the box style frame of the bed - it was extremely dirty! UGH! Access to the hotel was difficult due to large piles of snow from a recent storm. The bell man watched me struggle to unload and walk thru the snow. Service could have been better. All he really did was push the cart.
