"The pool and the interaction with the staff at the bar and the pool was fantastic. Did not like the issue with trying to get a chair on the beach. Staff said stand where you want the chairs and he would bring them, he never did. If they don’t want to help them don’t lock them up."

I would not recommend doing it, they literally took us to the worst part of the island where we were looking at dump sites and shipping port, we were supposed to have 2 stops and sail by some pretty places such as flamingo Island and such so we were simply taken advantage of and it costs us $300 for 2 people. When I mentioned that to the hotel concierge nothing was done for us to make up for it and no money was reimbursed. So disappointed in that. Other then that staff was very friendly but there was definitely lack of entertainment at the property."
