The location and setting is perfect for a group of friends, very quiet environment while close to local attractions such as Hamilton Pool, Pedernales Park, etc. The home is perfectly appointed with several options for drinks, lunches and dinners (by the pool, in the covered patio, etc.). Booking and check-in process was 100% hassle-free and very cordial."

"I throughly enjoyed the cabin. It had all the modern amenities but truly had old western log cabin decor and flair. It was private and very quiet. Tricia the host was very personable and communicated well. I highly recommend nearby Salt Lick BBQ! The nearby town of Wimberly had fun shops and eats. Gruene was an hour away, but was my favorite with charming historic shops and restaurants and very walkable. Order the schnitzel at Gruene River Grill overlooking the river! Larger Fredricksburg is 45 minutes away and had an good old world German vibe and shops and food. When not exploring i enjoyed the rockers on the cabin covered porch! "
