"My family stayed at 'The Aloha Green House' Retreat w/ Ocean Views! at of our recent vacation on the Big Island, and we had an amazing visit! The location is amazing—complete with beautiful views of the ocean—which was especially nice in the morning as we were getting started with our day. On a clear night, it would also be a fantastic spot to star gaze. The space is beautifully furnished, meticulously maintained, and had everything our family of four could have wanted or needed. We made great use of the beach towels, chairs, mat, and toys. There were also lawn games and toys, which we didn't really use, but it was nice to know that our host thought to provide them. The kitchen was very nicely stocked. So, overall it was a 5 star experience for our family and we would visit again in a heartbeat! I can envision that this would also be a great spot for a romantic getaway. Honestly, we were sad that we didn't get to spend as much time in the space as we would have liked. We would have loved to have had a "down day" to spend and just enjoy the space."

"A Beautiful home with amazing Hawaiian furniture and well stocked kitchen. Fruit trees that had mandarins, limes and grapefruits on them. Flowers and the golf course a few steps away. We loved taking the kids when no one was on the course and playing with balls and just running around. The swimming pool was small enough for 2 and 4 year olds and was nice to cool down in. The only negatives were that we had to police the kids so much due to the beautiful lamps and furniture and the mosaic table in the pool which was right by the stairs where the kids went in. There was a warning not to use it and a fine of 2500 if broken, which I would then say no young kids to who you rent to. The address on Vrbo should state lane not street as the same named street crosses the lane. We did have a great time, but we grandparents were worried often."

"We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO! The home was clean, neat, and well organized — everything was exactly where it should be, which made settling in so easy and comfortable. It is thoughtfully prepared for guests.The location was fantastic, making it easy to see all the sites. "This place was the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the mainland! Josh was a great host, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The property was cute and clean. The gardens are lovely, and it was wonderful to wake up each morning looking over the gardens and ocean. There was a bit of driving involved since the property is located further south on the island, but we decided it was 100% worth it since we were away from the main drag of Kona. If you are looking for a quiet getaway this is the place!"
