Hidden away in a gem of a neighborhood, this townhouse is located in the serine and historical Springwells Park. This property promises to provide you a sense of home and give you and your guests the amenities needed and more. Just 5 minutes away from the Henry Ford Museum, 15 minutes away from the Metro Detroit airport and 15 minutes away to downtown Detroit.
The space
This home is half of a large duplex house, but the two halves are completely separate with separate entrances. The property includes 1 full kitchen, 1 bath, laundry room, 3 bedrooms, 3 living spaces, with 2 TVs and WiFi. It also features a lovely backyard with dining space.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire house, yard, driveway & patio. Garage is not available.
Other things to note
Parking: If you park in the driveway, please use the right-hand half of the driveway. The left side belongs to our neighbor. Parking in the street is not allowed Mondays 8am-4pm.
