We had three generations of family during this stay with the youngest being 3 teenage boys. The teens each on their playstation's/xbox's at that same time and not one complaint to me about internet speed....that alone is a huge win! The house was as described and worked very well for our group of 7.The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. And the highway to easy to get to, for quick access to downtown Detroit. Took us 15 to 20 minutes to get to Ford Field from the house.

We had two couples and two singles in the area for an event. The home is nicely appointed and fully updated, with four comfortable bedrooms and a convenient location. Easy drives to where we wanted to go: the airport, Royal Oak, Troy, and Detroit.

the house was as advertised. Any body doing a review could always find something to criticize.we found 3 spiders in lower bathroom drains in shower and sink. However, it's very difficult to prevent in older homes and they are harmless. We laughed about it. i would stay in this unit again. GReat neighborhood. Convenient location. 5 Stars

The home was easy to access and centrally located to everywhere we needed to go. Our host was easy to communicate with and he was on top of things. We were in town for a wedding and had no problem getting around town quickly. The kids really enjoyed the game room and the sound machines in the bedrooms were a nice surprise for us.

The location in the Detroit area is perfect. We were at the airport, downtown, Bloomfield Hills, Troy, Royal Oak and Birmingham. This was centrally located to everything. Furniture and fixtures are very nice and the house was thoughtfully redone. Would stay here again.

The home was perfect for our family gathering. Our son and his family used the three bedrooms and bathroom on the main floor while my husband and I claimed the bedroom and bathroom on the lower level. The game room was the perfect place for pizza and movie night.

Great property! The home has been impressively upgraded. The place is roomy with four bedrooms, which includes one downstairs with its own full bathroom. Loved the big game room/television/dining room in the back. That is an addition to the cute little living room area in the front of the house. But my favorite was the Adirondack style chairs in the outdoor patio that are in the shape of the state of Michigan. Nice touch that welcomes you to Detroit. Thank you, Ish.

Relaxing and Spacious

Incredible place. Clean, refinished, with plenty of space for our couples retreat. White noise machines in each room was a fantastic touch, including many other thoughtful extras like games, multiple seating areas, fans, plenty of towels and mini toiletries. The beds were extremely comfortable and well maintained. 10/10 would recommend!

Cozy Vrbo in a great location!

My coworkers and I really enjoyed our stay at this Vrbo. There are lots of amenities to take advantage of in the house such as games, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely backyard space. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice and the house as a whole is tastefully put together to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. The house is located close to direct routes to go anywhere in the greater Detroit area. The host was very welcoming and responsive as well. 10/10 would stay here again!
