Could not have asked for better!

Pros: cleanliness, location, and availability
Location: lots to do and places to shop. you can walk to most
Everything was great, only caveat was a small section of mold by bath tub and floor. We will go back to this hotel FIRST on my next return to Des Moines!

This hotel is quite comfortable.

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet, good service
Good service. Clean. Comfortable bed and chairs/sofa. Good breakfast. Free WiFi. Good location near park, mall, restaurants.

Not what we expected

Pros: great breakfast
Cons: drafty windows
I booked a room with two beds. My son had to sleep on a sofa sleeper with only a top sheet and blanket. The bedroom had a very drafty and cold. The linens were not warm enough for a winter night. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent!
