one bedroom 1 queen bed, phone chargers,55 tv, one kitchen with microwave and kitchen utensils, refrigerator and coffee maker. one restroom and living room with fold out couch bed, board games like chess, UNO play cards and dominos.

guest with the access code can enter through the back door and go downstairs to the room.

please discretion with the entry code for your safety and mine. if the heat or AC is hot or cold do not hesitate to tell me to adjust it for your convenience.

PLEASE NOTE: I have 2 friendly dogs one is pug mix the other one is golden retriever, that only bark when you arrive but they are always in their area on the second floor they will not bother you.

Stay with Israel
My room is in a basement and was nice. The bathroom was remodeled and the kitchen anf family area were adequate. The place was clean, especially the bathroom. There were inspirational pictures and quotes on walls and it was evident that Israel takes great pride in his property. It was within a couple of miles from my event. Israel and I spoke on the phone and he was most helpful

Our stay was okay. My sister and I needed a place to stay for a night after a music event. The access codes worked to get into the basement and into the bedroom. The host had detailed easy-to-follow instructions of how to get into the property. There was street parking available near the house. The bed was clean and comfortable for the night. However, it was NOT advertised in the description that the kitchen, living room, and bathroom are shared communal spaces with other guests. Based on the description, it sounded like we would have a private downstairs suite with a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and bed to ourselves, with the owner living on the upstairs floor separated by a locked door. My sister and I were woken up early by other guests being really loud in the bathroom that is just outside of our bedroom we were staying in. We did not try the TV, but there was a TV in the bedroom. There were bath towels and face washcloths provided by the host to use. The LED lights pictured in the photos in the bedroom did not work to turn on. We ran into the host's two dogs (that were mentioned in the description) in the backyard when we were leaving this morning, and they were very friendly dogs. Okay for the price, but I would not stay here again only because of the communal spaces. If it were a private downstairs living space for just my sister and I, I would stay here again.

Everything I needed
This is a great option if you were looking for a safe family oriented neighborhood. Room for three gas that share are beautifully pointed bath and shower. When was clean and comfortable. Access to the kitchen and common areas was excellent. Cooking and feeding oneself is an option. As pointed out early on these accommodations are located below the main floor and one needs to be able to negotiate seven stairs to access accommodations. Only one way in and out and limited natural lighting. The host is approachable and accommodating.
