This place is a dump. Unpainted walls, ceramic tiles in the bathroom that are not mortared in place and can cut your feet, poorly-installed plumbing fixtures, etc. Wi-fi was down for the last two days of my stay, and the staff was indignant when I asked if they could get it fixed.

Staff were very nice. Towels and bedding were clean. Only had two towels when we checked in. Mold on the ceiling and overall needs updated. Looks like the main floor was being updated but the second floor wasn’t, yet. I guess you get what you pay for.

Believe the bad reviews. Room was horrible. Bedding was wrinkled and dirty. 12x12 foam rubber ‘pillows’ covered with stained cases. Filthy sofa. Hairs in the bathroom. Worst of all was the overwhelming stench that made me want to puke. Left after five minutes online with Expedia to refund my stay. Presently in the Sheraton down the street. Lovely, clean and smells great.

Property is at freeway interchange and area is noisy with traffic. Rooms clean but common areas were shabby and could have been cleaner. Breakfast offering was very unremarkable.

We did not stay and the man would not give us our keys, it was terrible and we told us to leave and his manager would refund in the morning so at 10 pm with a wedding in the morning we had to find new rooms!

It was a place to sleep but not great.
Towels seemed to be an issue. The pool lacked clean towels both days we used it. Getting extra towels for your room also seemed to be troublesome. Keycards stopped working after first night, getting new ones was easy though. We unfortunately got a room above the lobby so heard the doors opening and closing all night. The door had been broken so it would not close without some force. The bathroom also had some damage that appeared to be glued back together. Stairways appeared to be under renovation. Breakfast was good, the lady in charge did a great job keeping areas cleaned and stocked.

Cheap Denver Hotel
Pros: Decent location if you want to be close enough to downtown and Red Rocks. Relatively affordable with fridge and microwave included plus couch in a 1 bed room. Mediocre breakfast included and access to pool/hot tub (didn't use so no comment on quality) and "fitness room." A less than 5 min walk to a couple restaurants. Cons: Run down looking. There was tape on the shower head. Had to get someone to fix my window and just all sorts of scratches and marks on furniture. Stains on couch. Biggest issue was they never had any towels. They'll give you one wash cloth to last your whole trip.
