The walls were super thin. When the neighbors showered at 4 in the morning they sounded like they were in our room. The bathroom was gross. With molding falling off the wall, the fan didn't work. Breakfast wasn't what they said, no eggs or sausages. We didn't even stay the 2 nights.

Our room was clean, and that’s about where the positives end for this hotel. Bad experience overall, felt like we were lied to more than once, and served poorly otherwise. In my research for a hotel near the Red Rocks venue, I viewed a number of sites, and actually called several. This is one I called. I was told that they had an indoor pool (my wife swims regularly for exercise), that they had a hot breakfast, and best of all, they had a shuttle to the venue. We discussed the shuttle in detail, including price per person and reasons why the shuttle was preferable to using a ride-sharing service or parking ourselves. We also discussed that there were multiple things within walking distance of the hotel, if we chose to go for a stroll. When we arrived at the 2-story hotel, we were immediately told that the building had no elevator. Strange for a hotel, I thought, since travelers usually have luggage, coolers, etc. No big deal, but a bit odd. We were given a room on the first floor. We walked in, set our bags down, and while I went to adjust the thermostat, my wife went into the bathroom. She came out immediately, to tell me the floor was all standing water, ostensibly from a toilet leak. I went back to the front desk, and said we needed to be moved to a different room, as there were repairs needed to that one. The response I got was not of concern, but instead I was asked “Did your wife mess up the room??”. I have so, so much more, but character limitations preclude me.

They do not have a elevator. The man at the front desk needs to learn manners! He was not friendly at all!

The hotel was dirty. Common area were not cleaned, carpet dirty/not vacuumed. Our room had a broken bathroom vent that hung down from the ceiling, clogged sink, water around the toilet, hairpins on carpet, disheveled bedding, stains on couch, window screen that looked like it was pried open, and over-perfumed smell that seemed to be covering smoke. Luckily, the manager released us from staying the full 3 nights and we found a new hotel.

Fountain in pool was rusty, ran out of pool towels, pull out couch mattress was dirty and stained, wallpaper peeling in our room, toilet was loose, AC was really noisy, lamp was broken, remote for TV didn't work, ceilings very dirty. Disappointing hotel!! Staff was very nice.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. But the service was no that great. And for as much money i spent on a room there was no breakfast in the morning like it advertised and there was $150 deposit just to get the room. An the nearest store was a little walk awau. An the pool and spa area was closed. Good thing that the room has a in room hot tub. But other then that it was a vlean and very well up kept room.
