• Start your morning right at our coffee station fully stocked with a Keurig coffee machine, various flavors of coffee and tea, plus the various sweeteners and creamers you'll need.

• Watch the big game or your favorite movie in our cozy living room complete with a comfortable seating and a 65" smart TV where you can log into your favorite streaming services. (No streaming subscriptions are provided, you'll be logging in with your own accounts)

• This is a two story home with 4 bedrooms, 1 loft-style bedroom, and 3.5 bathrooms in total. Downstairs you will find 1 bedroom and 1.5 bathrooms. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms, the loft-style bedroom, and 2 full bathrooms.

There is a 2-car garage and another 2 vehicles will fit in the driveway. Free street parking is available too. Please do not park in front of any mailboxes.

Other notes about the home:
There are no shared spaces, the entire home including backyard is exclusively for your group and the check-in process is fully automated using our smart lock.

We do not allow more than 14 guests at this home at any one time, even if they're not staying the night. No exceptions.

Check-in is 4PM-10PM and checkout is at 10AM. We cannot offer early check-ins or late check-outs at this home. No exceptions.

We do not allow pets at this home.

Booking includes resort quality cleaning, freshly laundered sheets and towels for all guests, as well as all standard consumables including toilet paper, soap, shampoo, coffee, tea, and a whole lot more.
