The elevators aren’t working and that was annoying. But, it is what it is. We got a suite because we had 3 adults staying together. So, naturally we needed 2 beds. When we made the stretch to make it to our room we saw that there were no sheets for the fold out bed. Please make sure that the suites with fills out couches have sheets for them so your guests don’t have to make the journey back to the front desk.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, the first room we checked in, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk attendant moved us to another room, but that room wasn’t clean. She finally moved us to another room, after midnight and the bathtub wouldn’t drain. I won’t be staying again.

Homewood suites was perfect for our needs. It was quiet and fully equipped. We were there for a job interview. I appreciated the breakfast and coffee each morning. The one negative was having to carry our luggage down and up again multiple flights of stairs.

The room needs repair. The exterior door was broken which caused us to walk around. The sink would not drain, the tub stopper would not stay shut, the lotion dispenser is falling off the wall, no body wash in the shower, the bathroom door is splitting in half, very few kitchen utensils, no can opener, very few paper towels, etc. The room was clean. Michael texted to see how we were doing but he did not call to discuss the problems that we were experiencing.

For breakfast, do not serve eggs in the same place as the meat and milk ran out so could not eat cereal. I did not realize the facility had no elevator. The place is not equipped for elderly with walking issues. Could not enter building E and thought the key was not working only to learn the door is not working should have put a note. The room itself was nice overall.
