No one answers the phone at the property. We had to ring the bell repeatedly to get into the property at 2am. The front desk reprimanded us for ringing the bell too many times. He claimed that they did not receive any phone calls from us, and claimed not to know the phone number of the hotel. We showed him the calls we had made. He insisted on charging us again for the room, despite us having prepaid on Expedia and me showing him the receipt. Now I have to deal with getting a charge back on our card. Very very annoying.

The staff was pretty friendly. The remotes in the room were very hard to work. The TV kept cutting off by itself but most importantly the beds were terrible.
