This is an almost perfect choice for London visitors interested in the theater, which is our case. It's a modern, stylish property, designed by Philippe Stark, at the very heart of the West End. It makes you feel special. It's surrounded by restaurants, bars and museums. it's only flaw, which was relevant to us but might not be for others, is that the bathroom has no door. The toilet is in an unventilated frosted-glass closet, so that it's essentially in the room, an otherwise very beautiful room.

Excellent location and service
We love this hotel. It's exceptionally well located between various central Underground stops and it's easy to walk around from the location. It's a small, warm, friendly hotel with very good front desk service. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well appointed. We've stayed numerous times and will stay again. It's worth it to get a room with a view of the London Eye.
