"This property is perfect! My only complaint is that when I booked it stated that we would have free breakfast and upon arrival they stated that we did not have breakfast included in our stay. Pretty disappointed but it did not take away from the beauty and cleanliness at this hotel"

"The rooms and hallways were all recently renovated, comfortable and nicely appointed. There are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. The only thing that I did not like about the hotel was the $35.00 per day “destination fee”. You could get $17.00 of that each day as a credit for food or beverages. The rest covered 2 tickets to the ICA, or to a couple of other experiences. This is a mandatory fee. I’d rather choose how I spend $35.00 each day."

"Very disappointed in the aesthetics of the room in the artist tower. It felt awful waking up in the morning and looking at a concrete ceiling that looked unfinished. And also the corner pillars that were concrete and unfinished.There was no luggage rack to put your suitcase on and no closets. It felt like you were in an unfinished room. Most hotels allow you to use their steam & sauna rooms without an extra charge. The staff was very courteous and excellent, and the cleanliness of the place was good. You should warn people before they book of the unfinished look of the room. I never would have book there. Our older children booked though you but we're in the other tower and their room were nice ."
