"As I was there part of the Tartan Aro The staff was amazing. Took time out of there daily duties just to be extra friendly. Easy check in and out. Nice part of town with a 15 walk to down town n 10 min walk to south station"

"I had a great stay at Element. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided some of the best neck support I've had at a hotel, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The real highlight of my stay, though, was the staff. I visited during an exceptionally busy time with the World Cup, yet every team member I interacted with was warm, patient, and genuinely hospitable. They handled the crowds with professionalism and made guests feel welcome despite how hectic things were. The hotel itself is currently undergoing renovations, so some of the common areas weren't as polished as they normally might be. Combined with the influx of World Cup visitors, it was clear the property was under a lot of pressure. However, I imagine these are temporary growing pains, and once the renovations are complete, the hotel will be in great shape. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would happily stay here again."
