It was actually a nice area to stay in close to the boat ramp.

The house listed as two couches to bed, there was not the bedrooms needed TVs installed. They were in the closet, needed ceiling fans, and all bedrooms. There was no picnic table out in the backyard just plastic chairs sitting in the sun there was no parking for a boat which which was mentioned in the listing there was plenty of room for boat parking there was food left into the top of the cabinets that had already been open that was not disposed of And it smelled like smoking in the house when we went in.
