Our room smelled musty. Towels never dried. The ceiling looked like mold was present. The 2nd night I got up in the middle of the night and found a small bug (???) in the bathroom. While packing up I found a good size roach that was under a bag of ours. DON’T put anything on the floor!

Need chain locks on doors. They were missing. It an old days inn, it could use an up date.

The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling and the place could use a little updating. Telephone in the room didn't work so could not contact the front desk without using our cell. Some of the plugs in the room and one of the lights didn't work. It is what it is for the type of hotel, but was basically clean and odor free.

The room we were originally assigned had just been painted and the fumes were intense in the room. We requested to be moved and were promptly moved upstairs to a room that was clean and adequate; however, the stairs are very steep and general property looks dingy and in need of overhaul with no landscaping. Lobby has a musty smell and paint chipping off lobby door.

Not able to check in.

My room was all paid for and went to check-in and was turned away. I was told that my type of credit card wasnt accepted. I have a Green Dot card and is used as my bank card. My pay check is deposited every payday. The receptionist was very rude and I was unable to stay at this hotel even though my room was already paid for. Wasn't given the option to pay a deposit. Poor Poor customer service.

Room very clean staff was very nice but a price it was very good outside is not real great but looks compared to a modern hotel but well worth it for the price

Nice hotel close to Homosassa and Rainbow springs.

Two night stay- adequate, but nothing special. Close to a couple sea food restaurants and Denny's within walking distance. Clerk pleasant and helpful.

Do not stay here! Ever!

To begin with, when we walked into the room it had a bad odor. The carpet was stained. I was afraid walk on the floor barefoot and an hour after being in the room with only my socks on, the bottom of my socks were black from the filth on the carpet. We kept smelling a bad odor we couldn't tell what it was at first then discovered the cloth shower curtain was saturated with urine. They brought a new curtain to us but the maid that cleaned the room previously had to of smelled it when and if the bathroom was cleaned. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone..

Will do in a pinch.

Pros: If your going to this area for any type of boating, there is a launch just behind motel. Having a Dennys Resturant at the location is a plus.
I made the reservation online a week before my trip and paid total at that time in advance to ensure room. Then called motel to state I would like a ground floor room on parking lot side to be away from pool. The person I talked to on phone stated they'd make note on reservation When I got there to sign in, I got a 2nd floor room, away from parking lot, facing the pool. I questioned office clerk about my room request they said " had NO non smoking room on ground floor left". The place is just OK, rooms have TV, clock radio, frig, microwave and iron w/board and one cup coffee maker.. I was there for a week so ended up buying my own coffee maker. The bathroom/shower was small to me and I'm only 5'7" med build. For a large person I think they'd have to stand in the tub to close the door to use the toilet. The cleaning staff that I had interactions with were very friendly but office staff not so much to which my just OK grade. Pool area and courtyard was nice and cleanly. I come to this area couple times a year to visit and have used other motels. I don't believe I'll be using this one again.
