Found dirty wash cloths in shower from prior guests. Couch in room was dirty/stained. Got there at 4 pm for check in and there were no rooms available but the sweet lady working Paula found us one. She had great customer service.

Make sure you have you id and card to match I was traveling with my kids and I used my hubby card but he was not here with me. It was good that she made sure and helped me check in but asking my hubby to fill out paperwork work and send it back very happy for the help and her doing her job
