I had a few minor problems in my room. I told the front desk, by the time I returned everything was fixed. Free breakfast scrambled eggs were cold. Otherwise everything else was fine

Gabby was absolutely warm and welcoming, it was easy and fast to check on. There was another staff memeber as well when we entered at about 4pm at the front who was dusting thr light's, she was absolutely amazing as well, she spoke and engaged my 4 year old. We had a long day of travelling and she helped capture my child's attention. I am very grateful as it calmed her down and burned some of thr extra energy.

Very clean and fresh, nice staff, decent breakfast (ham, boiled eggs, crispy potatoes, cereal, toast, muffins, juice- coffee wasn’t the best in lobby but there is Keurig in room) you can also buy beer/wine/coolers at front desk-checked in and grabbed a beer to take to room after a long day of driving

Had to change rooms after check in placed us right beside housekeeping and you could hear the washing machine through the walls not sure how anyone could even sleep with that annoying noise all night. We moved up a flight and 6 rooms away and you could still hear it.

Friendly staff at front desk and breakfast was great. Our bathroom was not very clean. Hair in tub and floor and nail clipping found on floor. Carpets in hall way are old and smelly. Our room had conjoining door on each side so we had 2….we were not told at check in. This hotel is not Ramada standard.

The floors inside and outside the room were very dirty. I know it was only a 3 star but they were bad. We dropped some water on the room floor and when we wiped it up, the towel was black from dirt. It may have been vacuumed but there was not mop on that floor for months. The carpets in the hallways were also filthy. And finally, out front of the hotel as we pulled up were staff members smoking. I have no issue with the needing a break, but not in front of the main doors.
