Tranquil property at the end of a paved country road in rural Cornville. 2 acres of lush grass fronting on Oak Creek with ancient Cottonwood and Sycamore trees on the grounds. Sit on your front porch and enjoy the beautiful surrounding where birds and animals abound. Main house is approximately 2444 square feet built in 2002. Large great room with a wood burning fireplace and vaulted beamed ceiling, Gourmet kitchen with cozy breakfast nook along with two bedrooms, two baths and a den. Lots of glass to view the lush landscape and Creek. Fully equipped separate guest house built in 2015 has one bedroom, a full kitchen and a gas fireplace. Oversized two car plus shop garage for all your toys. This is a very peaceful retreat for someone looking to escape the bustle of today's world.
