"Staff at resort very friendly and helpful. Resort is clean and pool area was wonderful. Best thing about this property is that they are in walking distance to bars restaurants and shopping. Next time I visit Palms Spring I will Definitely stay at this resort."

"The main pool was the focus of this property, and they did a wonderful job with the layout, the 2 slides, and the poolside service was especially good. The staff kept checking up on everyone's needs and while the prices are not cheap, the food and drinks were excellent for poolside. The studio room was good sized and had an ample balcony. Unfortunately the screen was completely missing and we were not able to pull in the evening breeze. Service and hospitality are strong points here, however when we arrived there were no bottles of conditioner or bath soap in their expected place, and only 1 washcloth. This was quickly remedied with a text to the main concierge. The next day after maid service there were zero washcloths! Internet service was strong throughout the property. We had planned to eat 1 time at the property restaurant, but after eeading the reviews, the once good restaurant has seemingly fallen. Plenty of options only minutes away"

"The place is cute and right downtown. We did have a few negative experiences: - After an 8 hour drive it took us about 30ish minutes to find parking in the lot. - The door codes worked sporadically and we needed to request help after several attempts. - the adjacent room was incredibly loud, after arriving back to the hotel after 11PM. I reached out to the front desk, with no response for over 20 minutes. My son knocked on the guest’s door, and was met with an incredibly rude / mocking response. He then went to the front desk and was told that we should contact them first before taking our own action - which we had clearly done. The front desk person then finally saw the text after my son brought it to his attention. After requests from my son, he did come to their room to enforce the quiet hours. We needed to depart early in the AM and this whole situation was a major disruption on our day / trip."
