Grand Fiesta Americana Chapultepec
The staff were very courteous and helpful. The view we had (half of the city and half of Chapultepec park) was great. The location is closed to many attractions.

Very nice 5-star hotel, clean rooms, nice staff, close to attractions. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub on the 9th floor, and also had a very good facial at the spa. The only room for improvement is that the spa receptionist and esthetician don't speak any English. We had to communicate through Google ...

The room was small, unwelcoming and cold. We had no assistance with bags, and indeed could not find our room and had to be shown the way by another guest. We had been travelling for over 20 hours and we were very tired. I would not stay here again.
