Had a few issues with the hotel . Door key never worked when we tried to get back in . Had to go down 5 stories to reset the key every time we came back from a long day . ( not convenient) restaurant ran out of a few items . Rooftop restaurant had no good food selection . They are remodeling the hotel and I could not sleep due to the noise .

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel La Catedral. The staff was outstanding—very professional, attentive, and always willing to guide us on how to get around the area. Their recommendations truly made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. The location couldn’t be better, right in the heart of everything and perfect for exploring the city. Overall, an excellent experience. Highly recommend!

The room was clean, employees were gracious, breakfast was good but had issue with the room selection. I and my extended family stayed there acquiring four rooms: 3 junior suites and 1 regular room. My “junior suite” was actually a regular room when I compared it to the other rooms my family was in. I was thus overcharged. Not happy with that

Information

Everything was great from begging to end. The only thing they need improvement is giving information and ensuring that the rooms have the "Do Not Disturb"/"Do Not Clean" or the sign of this nature on the door, as well as we find out that they do laundry for a fee which we didn't found out not until a day before our departure in the afternoon. I they could improved in passing information like this will be excellent. Thank you very much.
