Have always liked this place and stayed here several times but the new remodel and addition are incredible. Great staff, ideal location and many amenities. They could charge a lot more but don’t. Only place I would recommend in Mexico City. Clean comfortable and quiet.

Amazing location! Centro histórico directly out the front door. Room was nicely appointed and spotless. Staff was friendly and helpful from first email . My fault for the following, but I didn’t know my room had zero views, but the balcony on the top floor was free and breathtaking with food and drink if so desired. Beautiful hotel overall. I’d come back!

Very helpful and courteous staff, free bottled water in lobby for customers, good food at the restaurant, great location, optional buffet breakfast was excellent and can be purchased on a day to day basis if schedule does not make since to include for the whole stay. Glad we chose this as our base for exploring the city and outlying areas!

The hotel is simply amazing. We were glad to have stayed there, not only due to its amazing location but the service, the attention, the helpfulness of everyone of the staff. The room was very clean and spacious! The beds were super comfy as well. The staff/service was amazing! We loved the balcony on our floor and the complimentary coffee by the lobby.
