There were several drain flies in the room. I tried to call the front desk at 10:45 with no response. I stayed the night and canceled the rest of my reservation.

There's hair everywhere in the bathroom, bed, floor and etc. There was only one clean towel and rag, everything else was dirty. The reason I'm giving any stars at all is only because I'm just thankful to have one clean pillow and a roof over my head.

The property is going through repairs and renovation. The exterior is being worked on, and the lobby clearly still needs an upgrade, however what really counts is the room. Our room was great. Fresh paint, new floors, comfortable bed and pillows, and clean bathroom. Really, that’s what counts. Great price and value. I recommend this one and will return.

Rooms were sufficient for a short stay. No hot water -Staff was not accommodating. Am guy said it never happened before even though it was in the reviews. Made me feel like I was the only one who complained but they had no rooms with hot water to move us to. Could not shower. People loitering in the parking lot playing loud music. Exit door propped open on the 3rd floor didn't feel safe. No coffee maker in room. Did have fridge and microwave.
