Very Nice hotel close to airport

Pros: Explained on previous question. However, I did forget to mention the shuttle service was so convenient & quick at getting us on time to the airport.
Cons: Maintenance outside more often, had overflow of trash cans outside door & elevators floors weren't attended the whole weekend.
Location: Tons of stores, Target, Walmart, Ross etc.
My family had a very stay with nice staff that was full of smiles at all times. The nice lady at the front desk was very accommodating by quickly finding me a room for early check-in and cheerfully explained all the amenities of the hotel. The breakfast was very well arranged and had a host there to assist at all times cleaning, filling foods stations, condiments and cleaning as needed. The hotel was also very updated which presented a nice cozy lobby as well as the rooms. We all loved the set up of each room that had full kitchens, small sitting area and comfy beds which made you feel like home. Thank staff for all your hard work and ensuring our comfort and stay felt like it was priority. I would definitely come back and stay next time I'm in town. Cynthia

The staff was very courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and as describe from brochure. Great breakfast! Looking forward to next stay.

Fantastic value

Pros: Free breakfast, Close restaurants, Free Internet
You can't beat this hotel for a visit to Chicago. It's close to the Midway Airport and Brookfield Zoo. Getting into the city was pretty easy, and the free parking is well worth going the distance. The room was in great shape and it was fairly quiet, especially considering its closeness to the airport. Not the excitement or cachet of downtown, but great if you like a quiet spot to relax after a day in the city.

Room was great. Nice social gatherings at night during the week. A good way to relax after a hard day. I will be back again when travel is needed in the Chicago area.

Great hotel, great stay!

From the moment we arrived, we new this would be a great stay. The first night the hotel hosted an Octoberfest dinner, brats, speatzel, pretzels, beer, wine, and much more. There is a free dinner Monday through Thursday! The suite was wonderful, great amenities, kids enjoyed the pool, quiet, and staff was very attentive. The daily breakfast buffet was larger than the typical hotel breakfast, waffles, pancakes, sausage, eggs, juices, fruits, breakfast potatoes, etc. Would definitely recommend this hotel, and if we're ever in the Chicago area, will definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

We only stayed one night but this is a GREAT find. Full kitchen, great staff, comfortable bed. It made traveling with a teenager and a newborn a breeze. The location is great for Midway, and not a bad drive from downtown.

Very Happy with the Residence Inn

What's not to lovem Free Parking, Free Shuttle to the Orange Line Train, Free Internet, and Free Breakfast, and half the price of staying downtown. The room was actually large enough to updack in. I've stayed downtown before in a shoebox and spent $40 a night on parking. I will definately be staying here again. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. I give it two thumbs up.
