Disappointing Stay

I knew when I pulled in that this was not going to be a positive experience. Was welcomed by lots of trash in the parking lot. The lady that checked me in could not have been bothered! Breakfast was poor at best...... Checking out was the same as checking In...am I bothering you?

Worse day of my life.

Stay away from this hotel. Staff are rude and racist. I will never in my life order through travelocity again. I Rented 2 rooms for 5 days and was kicked out on the first day for getting smart with a dick of a receptionists. I was kicked out at 2am and they even called the local hotels so they wouldn't rent from me. Then they refused to refund me money. Travelocity has done nothing about this. I was left on the streets at 2am in Chicago looking for a hotel. Didn't find one till about 4:30am.

Pleasure trip

Pros: It was located close to where I was going and they did not charge me for parking.
Cons: A small refrigerator would have been nice. Also a fan in the bathroom would have been nice.
I arrived early and they got me into my room. I really appreciated that. The comp breakfast was very nice.

Hospitality Promise was broken and not corrected

Cons: Follow through on your hospitality promise. Don't rent out a wedding party next to rooms that are rented and not expect problems/complaints
We arrived after a long journey on June 25th to get into our room to hear a large party going on either above our room or beside. My daughter first called down to the front desk and was told a wedding party had rented the place and would be over by midnight. 30 minutes later, it was not getting any better-- I called the front desk and was told I wasn't the only one complaining and that there was just 20 more minutes left (to deal with it)-- my question was if they had rented my room for me also as I didn't pay to be disturbed in this fashion for this long and into the midnight hours. The front desk lady had a sarcastic laugh and said "why would they rent your room for you?"-- THAT was the answer I got along with the "deal with it" attitude. Not a "I'm sorry for the disturbance" or "we will ask them to turn it down" or " let me see if I can change your room"-- NOTHING. That morning then we had breakfast in our room and housekeeping didn't take out our breakfast trash so it stayed overnight on the counters also. Just very poor all around.

Decent but dated.

Very dated room - furniture, carpet, and the entire bathroom. The grout in the tiles (both on the floor and shower walls) were dingy and possibly dirty. Lots of cracked floor tiles. The toilet was an industrial public-toilet-style and did not at all feel "at home." It felt like using a public restroom every time. We likely won't be staying in this hotel again until the rooms are renovated.

Nice place to stay

Pros: It was close to the Rosemont convention center. It was clean and had an adequate breakfast.
Cons: The parking lot should have been cleaned after the snowstorm.
Location: A nice pub next door. Located close to O'Hare airport.
I made a good choice when I picked this hotel. The price was right and the hotel was fine.

Excellent staff!

Cons: About time for a facelift.
Everyone on staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. In particular, Sandra at the front desk is a star. She was extremely helpful with all of my questions and exactly right on her advice and directions about where I could quickly obtain copying services, dining and grocery needs. Very professional!
