"The room was kind of small. No microwave, coffee pot, ice bucket or cups. But the rooms and hotel was very clean. And not noisey. Not a great selection for breakfast especially if you are trying to eat healthy. Location was fantastic for us as we were doing the wine trail and its close to down town Geneva."

"The room was dirty, with crumbs on the bed and on the floor. There was a strong, unpleasant smell. The hotel is poorly maintained. The air in the room was especially bad, as if the AC filter hadn’t been replaced in a long time. We asked to switch rooms, and although the attendant was very kind and gave us clean sheets, there were no other rooms available. It was already after 10 p.m., and we were exhausted — otherwise, we would have gone to another hotel."

"The staff was very helpful. The facility was well kept. The beds were very comfortable. On the negative side, however, the restaurant was not open for some reason on our first night, and the bar was not open for all of the advertised hours. Also the pool was closed for maintenance for our first night"

"I love walking into the hotel and you can smell how clean it was The staff was very helpful and answered all my questions Everyone I came in contact with was extremely nice and sweet the rooms were wonderful and I love the shower with the seat very roomy very clean. The breakfast was fine also for coming with the room the area was clean. The food tasted OK could’ve been a little warmer, but besides that for a free breakfast it was pretty good if I ever go up to Waterloo again I’ll definitely stay there."
