"Staff was amazing, front desk staff, valet, night club/lounge attendants, over and beyond in service! Hotel itself nice, just need slight updates. Theme of the hotel nice and the roof top lounge really nice and you get in free if a guest of the hotel. Nice perks, you don't have to leave the hotel if the weather isn't good because it's all inclusive of most things you'd need. The neighborhood excellent, mall a couple blocks away, restaurants, banks, etc. My only complaint I don't like carpeted floors in the hotel room and parking is convenient but expensive, 59.00 per night with in and out privileges."

"Poor customer service. Was 2 hours over checkin time having a room ready then tried to give me a double room when I had booked a king. Had to ask 3 times for a roll away bed. Asked for extra towels and wash clothes twice and never received them. Would not stay here again."

"The moment we arrived the Guest Services people were accommodating, welcoming and supportive. The lobby staff and hospitality attendants were friendly, did a great job and happy to help. I thought the bar was great, best grilled cheese and tomato soup in the South, the bar and restaurant staff great, the restaurant food is okay/good. The location was perfect for us and we enjoyed a large room with a balcony. Good stuff, representing Atlanta very well."
