Check in process was incredibly easy. The link to verify your stay they send you once you book was very easy to navigate.We were very grateful this property has some rooms with pet accommodations. When we arrived at the property there was a map of the complex to help find your room. The parking lot was not over crowded and had covered parking which is nice in AZ. The grounds were kept nice. Actual grass on the common areas. Rocks were mostly debris free . Some of the trash cans were overflowing and trash was being stacked beside it . The dog park was clean . For it being an older property you can tell they were trying to keep it maintained.Up on entering the room, we were slightly disappointed with the cleanliness. Giant cobwebs right above the entrance. A few pistachios on the kitchen floor under the cabinet . The linens were clean but you could tell the cover had some stains . The cabinets in the kitchen could have used a better wipe down . The window shades were in need of replacement. .these were just some of our observations of appearance... Everything in the room worked just fine.. ac blew cold. Fan worked. Hot water was hot. Stove and fridge were clean and functional. The unit had a washer dryer combo ( I only put our towels in it on the way out the door at checkout so I assume it works) Overall we are happy with our stay .
