"Two days after arrival we notes bugs in the room. Front desk assigned us a new room who also had bugs. After that they called for the housekeeping supervisor and manager to find a new clean room. The hotel is currently understaffed per one of their staff members. We had to wait 35-45 min to get someone to take an order for meals and just as long of a wait to get drinks and food service. I will never book a stay here again or recommend it to anyone. Such bad experience. The only amenity I enjoyed was the pool. "
