The pictures are a lie! This place does not look any where near as nice as the pictures look. When I first got there I was very disappointed. The look of the hotel older, it was under construction, and very busy (not serene as in the pictures). But, I decided to move forward because I just got there and was tired. Then, I got in the room and it was musty, old, and really small. I guess you could say it was technically clean, but it was not a nice room. The hotel is also not on the beach. It's close to it, but you have to walk across a busy street/highway. I decided to leave and complained that it was not as advertised and they refused to refund my room. If you are are looking for something nice. This is not it.

Before you entry you have a person that will open your door. They receive you with a tropical juice. All rooms has ocean view, wish is great. The location is fine but you have to go in cab Bocagrande, that is commercial area and lot of food and bar.
