The grounds were very clean, well-organized, and tastefully decorated with holiday lights. The presence of a generous courtyard with lawn games and barbecue grills encourages us to return in warmer months with a broader group of family for a longer stay. Our room was well-furnished. The materials to make and sustain a fire in our room's fireplace were comprehensive, ensuring our fire building experience was easy and enjoyable. We hope to come again."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Dobson House. Our host was courteous and very helpful. We hiked to the gorge and enjoyed a hot spring soak less than two miles from the house. We cooked a few meals in the enormous kitchen and enjoyed lovely views from all parts of the house. Highly recommend staying here."
