"The staff makes this hotel with how happy and helpful they are. Always a smile and a Hello. Carmen at the front desk went above and beyond with getting ocean view room for our 30 anniversary after I asked for room upgrade(I paid for it). Manager also asked me if I was happy with switch thru out the week we were there. The beach they have is one of the best I’ve been to. Food was pretty good for all inclusive. I will be coming back after this experience!!!!"
