The complementary van was very nice! Check in was great! The walls are very thin, and we were just watching tv and got a quiet down call made. Alternatively we could hear their alarm go off. Just need more soundproofing. Breakfast was adequate, one more toaster would be nice.

Great stay

The staff was really great...everyone you ran into during the stay was friendly and helpful...definitely could tell they'd been encouraged to be friendly/interactive. Pillows definitely leave a lot to be desired as they had no support at all. Needs some sound proofing as we could hear neighbors above us and beside us. ACs need cleaned out as well as the air was very stale when you ran them.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not have a pool or clearly communicate the parking costs before arrival. Some staff lacked professionalism and customer serviceparticularly one young Black female staff member. However, the supervisor and his team were friendly and welcoming at check-in, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, housekeeping entered my room despite the “Do Not Disturb” sign and took my kids’ snacks, which is completely unacceptable. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell like eggs and the toilet was extremely loud. On a positive note, the African American gentleman working in the kitchen area provided excellent customer service. He was kind, attentive, and a bright spot during our stay.

I stayed in room 509 I sat on the bed getting ready to lay down and the bed was brook. I called the front desk to report the issue they asked if I wanted another room I said no because it was already late in the hour. Also I was charged $150.00 holding fee on my credit. When I was only supposed to be charged $100 hold. No one cared when I told them about the issues. I will not be back

My son and I arrived for his volleyball tournament. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On the day we left, I was handed my keys, upon getting my car, it was not found in the condition that it was left in. Apparently, the garage it was held in is "rented" by Wyndham and was power washed leaving my car covered in dirt. I went back in and complained and was only refunded one night. I feel the whole amount should have been refunded. It cost me more to have the car cleaned. For what was paid per night, this was unacceptable. My car should have been returned the same as when I dropped it off. I was not even given a heads up regarding the dirt, just handed the keys. Totally unacceptable.
